
GUIDELINES FOR BOOKING / CHANGING / CANCELLING SERVICES
I. TICKET INFORMATION
All detailed information about ticket types, prices, and terms of use is fully updated on the official Ticketing Channel of Cuc Phuong National Park.
Entrance fees are applied in accordance with:
📄Circular No. 206/2016/TT-BTC dated November 9, 2016 by the Ministry of Finance
Service fees at the Rescue, Conservation, and Development Center are applied in accordance with:
📄Decision No. 33/QĐ-VCP dated March 22, 2021 by the Director of the Park
Note: Before purchasing tickets, please carefully review the information and confirm that you fully understand the details regarding ticket types, prices, and terms of use.
II. POLICY ON CANCELLATION – REFUND – TICKET CHANGE
In case caused by customers:
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-extendable, and cannot be converted to other ticket types under any circumstances.
Please keep your QR code secure to avoid unauthorized use. Tickets are valid for one-time use only.
In case of force majeure:
In situations such as natural disasters, epidemics, fires, earthquakes, tsunamis, sudden government regulations, etc., neither party shall bear legal responsibility or compensation for losses. However, both parties will review the situation together to find the most optimal solution to minimize customer damages.
Cuc Phuong National Park reserves the right to:
- Refuse to accept tickets and not issue refunds if: the ticket is invalid or unofficial.
Cancel an order if:
- System errors are exploited
- Customers violate general regulations
- There are legal grounds to determine the contract as invalid
